When Will My Order Be Processed?
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.
How Long Does Shipping Take?
We currently offer free standard shipping on all orders. Estimated delivery time is 5–9 business days after your order has been shipped.
How Can I Track My Order?
Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking information.
You can also track your shipment using our tracking page. If you have not received your tracking email, please contact us at support@jivoca.co.uk and we will be happy to help.
Do You Offer Free Shipping?
Yes. We provide free standard shipping on all orders.
What Is Your Return Policy?
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Returned items must be unworn, unused, unwashed, and returned with all original tags attached and in their original packaging.
Can I Return An Item If I Changed My Mind?
Yes. We accept returns for non-defective items, including change-of-mind returns, provided the item meets our return conditions.
How Do I Start A Return?
To request a return, please email support@jivoca.co.uk with your order number and reason for the return. We will provide return instructions and the return mailing address.
Who Pays For Return Shipping?
If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, we will cover the return shipping cost.
For returns due to a change of mind, ordering the wrong size, or other non-defective reasons, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
Do You Charge Restocking Fees?
No. We do not charge any restocking fees on returned items.
Can I Exchange An Item?
Yes. We offer exchanges for a different size, colour, or an alternative item of equal value, subject to availability.
To request an exchange, contact our support team before returning your item.
How Long Does It Take To Receive A Refund?
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, your refund will be processed within 5 business days.
Depending on your bank or card provider, it may take an additional 2–5 business days for the funds to appear in your account.
How Will My Refund Be Issued?
Refunds are issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
